Yes, babe! We use 100% Remy human hair — super soft, tangle-resistant, and made to blend beautifully. No fillers, no fakes. Just real hair, ready to wow.

Our extensions last 6 to 9 months with proper care. That means brushing gently, avoiding heat overload, and showing them love. Treat them right and they will stay flawless for months.

If you want fuller, longer, wow-worthy hair — without going to the salon — we’re for you. EasyWow is for all textures, tones, and identities. If you love doing your hair at home or want to try something new, welcome to the fam.

We’re DIY-friendly, easy to apply, reusable, ethically sourced, and made for real people. Plus, our care kit and subscription system are built to keep your glow-up smooth and sustainable.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Everything you need is in the kit: extensions, remover, fresh tape, sectioning comb, and clips. Just bring clean hair, a mirror, and maybe your favorite playlist!

Our tape-in extensions are prepped for at-home use. Simply peel, place under a section of hair about 1cm from the scalp, press, and you’re done!

Totally. Just clean them, retape, and reinstall using the remover and fresh tape from your kit.

Our set is designed to give you seamless volume + length, and add another extra volume piece for maximum glam or blunt cuts. Also consider your natural density to achieve a more natural look.

Nope. You may notice natural hair shedding when removing them, but that’s just the hair you’d normally lose daily.

Yes — just make sure there’s enough hair to cover the tapes. We have our EasyWow Blend version that was created specially for thin hair. If unsure, send us a photo for a personal recommendation.

That usually means incorrect placement. Remove, reapply with cleaner sections, and they should feel weightless.

A little stickiness over time is normal and mostly after shower while the hair is wet but is normal. Natural oils, dry shampoo, and hair sprays can all speed up the breakdown.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Possibly! Import duties may apply. These are set by your country, not EasyWow. We ship DDU (duties unpaid) internationally.

Yes — We ship free inside the US and with a minimum amount of $150 USD orders. You will notice at checkout.

Yep! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Mexico mostly, but all countries are welcome to shop.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Follow your glow-up every step of the way.

Pre-orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 weeks from your purchase date, so you can have it at home.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, your EasyWow hair must be unused, in its original condition, and with the ties still attached. For hygiene reasons, once the ties are removed, we can’t accept the return — even if the color wasn’t quite right. That’s why we recommend doing a quick color check before opening the bundle. You’ll need to request your exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

We’re happy to help you find a better match and guide you through the color swap process. Here’s how to start:

  1. Email us at hello@easywowhair.com with your order number.
  2. Let us know what didn’t work.
  3. If possible, include clear photos of your hair in natural light and what color you’d like to switch to.

We’ll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your extensions. Please follow them closely and send tracking info — without it, we can’t guarantee your exchange will go through. Return shipping is your responsibility. We’re here to make it smooth and wow-worthy!

If it’s been opened, used, altered, or past the 3-day exchange window.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Contact us if your item is damaged or incorrect.

Within 7 days of delivery, and only for unopened, unused hair. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product cost only (minus shipping). You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.

COLOR MATCHING

Yes! Send us natural-light photos (no filters, please) to support@easywowhair.com and we’ll help pick the perfect shade.

Yes! Match to your lighter shade or go for a multi-tone color. Our blends are designed to work with natural variations.

We recommend toning or going darker only — never bleach. Always test a strand first.

Hold the bundle to your ends in natural light. Don’t remove the tie unless it’s a match — that keeps you eligible for an exchange.

Match to the ends of your hair (not your roots). Use our shade chart or get a free virtual match.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Use sulfate-free shampoo, condition only the ends, brush daily, and keep products away from the tape area.

Sulfate-free, alcohol-free, low-silicone. Avoid heavy oils or products near the root.

Heat tools, oils, conditioners, and alcohols. Keep that adhesive strong!

Brush before bed, then loosely braid your hair or use a silk wrap to prevent tangles.

Every 2–5 weeks depending on your hair growth and scalp oils. You'll know it's time when tapes slip or feel sticky.

Yes — hold the root, and brush from ends upward with a soft bristle or loop brush.

Use our remover, wait 30–60 seconds, peel gently. Apply coconut oil if residue remains, then shampoo after.

1. Peel tape, section hair, place 1cm from scalp.
2. Press, layer, repeat.
Use small pieces around the face for a natural look.

Yes — up to 400°F (204°C). Use a heat protectant and keep heat off the tape.

Yes — mid to ends only. Keep the root area dry and clean.

Toning 1–2 shades darker is okay. Avoid over-processing.

We don’t recommend it — but if you must, go darker using demi/semi-permanent color only.

Yes — once a week on mid to ends. Avoid tape area to maintain adhesion.

Every 7–10 days or when needed. Avoid daily washing.

Yes — just not too much. Less is more. Avoid alcohols, oils, and sticky textures near the roots.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

You get your initial set at a discounted price. After the first payment, you’ll have the subscription payment every 4 weeks. On week 8 or after, you are eligible for a new set of hair at a discounted price in the same color and length. If you want to change color or length, you can do that for a small extra fee.

Yes! You can cancel anytime after the first subscription payment. If you cancel before week 8, a small cancellation fee applies unless you return or donate your extensions.

RECYCLING & DONATIONS

You can:

  • Return it for store credit depending on the hair condition.
  • Donate it to make wigs (we’ll send you a 10% off code + a small gift!).
  • Send it back for proper eco-friendly disposal.
