Are your extensions 100% human hair?
Yes, babe! We use 100% Remy human hair — super soft, tangle-resistant, and made to blend beautifully. No fillers, no fakes. Just real hair, ready to wow.
How long do EasyWow extensions last?
Our extensions last 6 to 9 months with proper care. That means brushing gently, avoiding heat overload, and showing them love. Treat them right and they will stay flawless for months.
How do I know if EasyWow Hair Extensions are right for me?
If you want fuller, longer, wow-worthy hair — without going to the salon — we’re for you. EasyWow is for all textures, tones, and identities. If you love doing your hair at home or want to try something new, welcome to the fam.

Product Questions
What do I need to install EasyWow extensions myself?
Everything you need is in the kit: extensions, remover, fresh tape, sectioning comb, and clips. Just bring clean hair and a mirror and maybe your favorite playlist!
How are EasyWow extensions installed?
Our tape-in extensions are prepped for at-home use. Simply peel, place under a section of hair about 1cm from the scalp, press, and you're done!
Can I reuse EasyWow extensions?
Totally. Just clean them, retape, and reinstall using the remover and fresh tape from your kit.
How many sets will I need?
Our set is designed to give you seamless volume + length, and add another extra volume piece for maximum glam or blunt cuts. Also consider your natural density to achieve a more natural look.
Will the extensions cause hair loss?
Nope. You may notice natural hair shedding when removing them, but that’s just the hair you’d normally lose daily.
I have thin hair — will they work for me?
Yes — just make sure there’s enough hair to cover the tapes. We have our EasyWow Blend version that was created specially for think hair. If unsure, send us a photo for a personal recommendation.
What if the extensions feel uncomfortable?
That usually means incorrect placement. Remove, reapply with cleaner sections, and they should feel weightless.
Will the tape get sticky?
A little stickiness over time is normal and mostly after shower while the hair is wet but is normal. Natural oils, dry shampoo, and hair sprays can all speed up the breakdown.

Will I pay customs?
Possibly! import duties may apply. These are set by your country, not EasyWow. We
ship DDU (duties unpaid) International.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — We ship free inside US and with a minimum amount of $150 USD orders. You will notice at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Mexico mostly but all countries are welcome to shop.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not yet, but we’re planning local pop-ups soon!
How long does shipping take?
- In Stock items: 2–4 business days (within USA and after order processed)
- Backordered and tailored sets: 8-10 business days (after order processed)

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Follow your
glow-up every step of the way.
How long will my Pre-Order take?
Pre-orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 weeks from your purchase date. to have it at home
Color Matching
Can you help me with a color match?
Yes! Send us natural-light photos (no filters, please) to support@easywowhair.com and we’ll help pick the perfect shade.
What if my hair has two shades — will EasyWow blend?
Yes! Match to your lighter shade or go for a multi-tone color. Our blends are designed to work with natural variations.
Can I dye the extensions if the color isn’t right?
We recommend toning or going darker only — never bleach. Always test a strand first.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not yet, but we’re planning local pop-ups soon!
How do I check the color once I receive the hair?
Hold the bundle to your ends in natural light. Don’t remove the tie unless it’s a match — that keeps you eligible for an exchange.
How do I choose my correct shade?
Match to the ends of your hair (not your roots). Use our shade chart or get a free virtual match.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange for a different color?
To be eligible for an exchange, your EasyWow hair must be unused, in its original condition, and with the ties still attached.
For hygiene reasons, once the ties are removed, we can’t accept the return — even if the color wasn’t quite right. That’s why we recommend doing a quick color check before opening the bundle. You’ll need to request your exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
We’re more than happy to help you find a better match and guide you through the color swap process!
Here’s how to start:
1. Email us at hello@easywowhair.com with your order number.
2. Let us know what didn’t work.
3. If possible, include clear photos of your hair in natural light and what color you’d like to switch to.
We’ll then send you step-by-step instructions on how to return your extensions. Please make sure to follow those closely and send us tracking — without it, we can’t guarantee your exchange will go through.
Return shipping is your responsibility, and we’re not liable for lost packages or returns sent to the wrong address. But don’t worry — we’re here to make it as smooth (and wow-worthy) as possible!
When is my order NOT eligible for exchange?
If it’s been opened, used, altered, or past the 3-day exchange window.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Contact us if your item is damaged or
incorrect.
How long after my purchase can I ask for a refund?
Within 7 days of delivery, and only for unopened, unused hair. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How much will I be refunded?
Product cost only (minus shipping). You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.
Care & Maintenance
How do I take care of my extensions?
Use sulfate-free shampoo, condition only the ends, brush daily, and keep products away from the tape area.
What products are safe to use?
Sulfate-free, alcohol-free, low-silicone. Avoid heavy oils or products near the root.
What should I avoid near the tapes?
Heat tools, oils, conditioners, and alcohols. Keep that adhesive strong!
How do I sleep in my extensions?
Brush before bed, then loosely braid your hair or use a silk wrap to prevent tangles.
How often should I reinstall?
Every 2–5 weeks depending on your hair growth and scalp oils. You'll know it's time when tapes slip or feel sticky.
Can I brush my hair with extensions in?
Yes — hold the root, and brush from ends upward with a soft bristle or loop brush.
How do I remove my extensions?
Use our remover, wait 30–60 seconds, peel gently. Apply coconut oil if residue remains, then shampoo after.
How do I apply EasyWow extensions?
1. Peel tape, section hair, place 1cm from scalp
2. Press, layer, repeat
Use small pieces around the face for a natural look
Can I use hot tools?
Yes — up to 400°F (204°C). Use a heat protectant and keep heat off the tape.
Can I use serums/oils?
Yes — mid to ends only. Keep the root area dry and clean.
Can I tone my extensions?
Toning 1–2 shades darker is okay. Avoid over-processing.
Can I dye my extensions?
We don’t recommend it — but if you must, go darker using demi/semi-permanent color only.
Should I use a hair mask?
Yes — once a week on mid to ends. Avoid tape area to maintain adhesion.
How often should I wash my hair?
Every 7–10 days or when needed. Avoid daily washing.
Can I use hair care products?
Yes — just not too much. Less is more. Avoid alcohols, oils, and sticky
textures near the roots.
Subscriptions & Payments
How does the EasyWow subscription work?
You get your initial set at discounted price, after the first payment you will have the subscription payment every 4 weeks, on week 8 or after you are candidate for receiving new set of hair at discount price on the same color and length or, if you wat to change color and length, Yes you can do that with an extra small fee.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! Cancel anytime after the first subscription payment. If you cancel before week 8, a small cancellation fee applies unless you return or donate your extensions.
Recycling & Donations
What do I do with my used hair?
You can:
- Return it for store credit depending of the hair condition.
- Donate it to make wigs (we’ll send you a 10% off code + a small gift!)
- Send it back for proper eco-friendly disposal
